Established more than 25 years ago, The Arc Baltimore Employment Services is the largest community-based employment program in the nation, with more than 500 workers in diverse jobs throughout Baltimore.

Because each company's personnel needs are different, our employment counselors work with you to determine your specific job requirements and we then tailor our services to fulfill those expectations.

Placement and Training
Arc staff will recommend qualified job candidates for your consideration. We provide on-site training and supervision at no additional cost to you. In the case of individual placements who you hire, our coaches remain on the job with the individual for a period of time to ensure a successful transition and quality assurance. Our commitment to your business continues throughout the employee's service to your company. If you engage teams or crews of Arc workers through contract, Arc supervisors remain with the workers.
