As the House Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the health & safety of supported individuals, coordinating services and community integration activities, managing the successful operations of the home(s), and supervising staff. This includes maintaining the living environment in accordance with DDA regulations and Health Department standards; actively participating in the development, implementation, and review of Individual Plans; and ensuring all supported individuals participate in their communities and have opportunities for community integration and relationship development with a focus on developing natural supports. Additional responsibilities include managing quality assurance programs, provide coverage when staff is unavailable to work, and maintaining budgets.
Qualified candidates must possess and Associate degree (or 60 credit hours) with direct experience in developmental disabilities or at minimum 3 years of experience in a residential home. Individual should possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Supervision and management experience is highly preferred.

Immediate need for a General Vehicle Mechanic. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all fleet vehicles are maintained and/or repaired on-site are safe to operate.
