The Ask Me! Project is a quality of life survey for individuals with developmental disabilities receiving services in the State of Maryland. The interviews are conducted by people with developmental disabilities who are employed and trained by The Arc of Maryland. A ramdom sample of people supported by the agency are surveyed each year.

We conduct Satisfaction Surveys every 6 months. A random sample of individuals and caregivers are done for each program. Surveys are sent to the selected individuals asking questions in regards to how The Arc is doing with providing services to the individual. Once the surveys are returned, the data is graphed and any concerns are directed to the program directors. The most recent Satisfaction Survey results will be available in August.

Volunteers from The Board of Directors paired with a self advocate conduct interviews of people supported and their staff about Meaningful Outcomes written in the IP (Individual Plan). The most recent Meaningful Outcomes results will be available in August.
